Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Just wanted to say, Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects.

Same here, Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. Electrolytes every morning has been a game changer. Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Checking in this morning, Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. Keep us posted! Everyone's different of course.

Same here, I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. Strength training helped me keep muscle while losing. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Keep us posted! (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Checking in this morning, Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. So glad I'm not alone in this.
