Fitness update at month 8: started doing resistance training at month 3 after losing significant muscle mass in the early months. Since adding lifting 3x/week, my rate of fat loss has actually increased while I've gained visible muscle definition. The combination is powerful.

Coming back to this thread — Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Same here, Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. This community is the best.

For what it's worth, Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. Strength training helped me keep muscle while losing. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Week 12 checking in — yes, the hair loss is real but it does slow down. Biotin helped me.

Late to this but Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. So glad I'm not alone in this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Totally agree. My doctor had me hold steady until side effects settled. So glad I'm not alone in this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Late to this but Walking 8k steps a day alongside the meds really compounds. Don't give up, it's worth it. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

For what it's worth, I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Maintenance for three months now and holding. Everyone's different of course.

Reading this and Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. We're all in this together. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Totally agree. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. This community is the best. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
