Checking in this morning, Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. I learned not to lie down right after eating. This community is the best. Everyone's different of course.

Adding my two cents: I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. Hydration made a bigger difference than I expected.

Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. How long did the food noise take to quiet down. Keep us posted! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Coming back to this thread, Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Adding my two cents: Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. Thanks for sharing this. Everyone's different of course.
