Does anyone else stay at 0.5mg longer than the standard schedule?

Just wanted to say, The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up.

Popping in today to say, How are you finding the higher dose so far. I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps.

Don't give up, it's worth it. Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. How long did the food noise take to quiet down. Onward!

Totally agree. You're doing amazing. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. This community is the best.
