Telehealth intake this morning, sharing how it went

Mine had that same "why did past attempts stall" focus and it threw me at first, but two years and 84 lbs later I still think about how I answered it. Seems like the good ones all run that playbook no matter how quick the visit is.

My intake was quick too but the question that stuck with me was what had worked before, and honestly listing the 11 lbs I'd already dropped on my own made the whole conversation feel collaborative instead of clinical. The digging into past stalls seems to be the common thread based on everyone here. Worth it for 20 minutes.

Mine ran about the same length and I remember being surprised they cared more about my history than my current weight, since I'd already dropped some pounds on my own before starting. Sounds like the stall questions are universal. The 20 minute ones seem to get the job done fine based on everyone here.

Mine was similar, maybe 15 minutes, and they zeroed in on past attempts too. I think that focus on history is a good sign they're not just rubber stamping anyone. I'm down 13 lbs on Ozempic since starting and the intake felt like the easy part honestly.

The focus on past attempts was my experience too during my Zepbound intake a while back. Mine went longer than 20 minutes though since they kept circling back to a stall I'd hit on my own before starting. Down 43 lbs now so the extra questions clearly didn't hurt anything.

Mine leaned hard on what I'd tried before too, spent most of the visit there. I was sweating the video format going in but it ended up feeling like a regular check-in. Down 52 lbs since, and honestly the intake was the least stressful part of the whole process.
