The shoe-tying one hits home - mine was crossing my legs without thinking about it around 20 lbs down. Amazing how those little moments end up meaning more than the number on the scale ever did.

68 down here and still waiting on a moment that hits like that, though fitting into a booth at a restaurant last week came close.Congrats on the 75 - that pace is wild and it makes sense week 6 was when the belief finally landed for you.

21 lbs in and my moment was bending down to tie my shoes without the pause I used to need. That booth thing is real too, I noticed airplane seats feeling different last month and it made my whole week. Congrats on 75, that's the kind of post that keeps the rest of us going.

21 down too and the shoe thing just clicked for me last week as well, funny timing. Airplane seats are my next milestone to look forward to. Congrats on the 75, that's a huge five months.

31 down here and still chasing my first real NSV moment like that. The booth and shoe stories in this thread are making me pay attention to the little stuff now instead of just the scale. Congrats on 75, five months of that pace is something else.

48 lbs down on Mounjaro here and I remember hitting that 75 mark feeling like a different person. The little stuff sneaks up on you -- I noticed stairs stopped making me winded around month 3 and it hit harder than any scale number. Keep posting these, they're the best part of this forum.

11 down on my end so the 75 feels like reading the future, honestly. The stairs comment from earlier is exactly what I'm waiting for -- chasing my kids around without needing a breather is the one I keep thinking about. Grats on five months of consistency.

75 in five months is wild, I'm at 52 and thought I was moving fast. The little stuff is real -- crossing my legs used to be a whole production and one day it just wasn't. Sounds like you've got plenty more of those coming.

Congrats on 75, that is serious progress. I'm 57 down and still remember when tieing shoes stopped being a squat workout -- that one snuck up on me too. Sounds like the five month mark is where it all starts compounding.

75 in five months is a serious pace. I'm about 37 down myself and the small stuff keeps hitting me too -- bending over to tie my shoes got quiet and easy and I didn't even notice the day it changed. Congrats on hitting the point where you actually believe it.

75 is a huge milestone, congrats. I'm only 26 down but I get what you mean about the moment it clicks -- mine was buckling my airplane seatbelt without the extender and I just sat there grinning like an idiot. Keep posting these updates, they're motivating for the rest of us still climbing.

Milestone NSVs like yours are what keep me going at this early stage -- I'm only 5 lbs in so far but even that little change is already showing up in how my pants fit. Posts like this give me a preview of what I'm working toward, so thanks for sharing it.

75 in five months is serious progress. I hit 46 down last month and my click moment was tying shoes without holding my breath -- curious what yours ends up being since you're clearly moving fast.
