Anyone on 15mg maintenance? Long-term experience thread
Honestly, Six months in and down 41 lbs total. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. Thanks for sharing this.

Subcutaneous vs IM injection — real differences?
Coming back to this thread, Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up.

Low energy today, how are you still moving?
For what it's worth, Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. This is huge. Walking most days alongside the meds really compounds. Keep us posted!
