Late to this but Walked up three flights of stairs and wasn't out of breath. Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. You've got this. Everyone's different of course.

Coming back to this thread, Played with my kids in the yard without getting winded. I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Late to this but Electrolytes every morning has been a game changer. Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. So proud of you.
