Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Did you split your dose or take it all at once. Thanks for sharing this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Just wanted to say, Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. So glad I'm not alone in this.

For what it's worth, The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. Six months in and down 41 lbs total. Keep us posted!

Down 55 lbs over the last year on this journey. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Rooting for you. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

For what it's worth, Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. My last check-up came back looking great. Hang in there.
