I've been doing a weekly log in this thread and several people have asked me to keep going so here's month 3 update: down 31 lbs from 278 to 247. Lost about 3-4 lbs per month after the fast initial drop. Stalled for 2 weeks at month 2.5 and it broke on its own. Energy is better. Sleep is better. Still on 0.5mg and my doctor wants to see me stay here another month.

Coming back to this thread — Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. How are you handling the injection-day fatigue. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

I've been at 10mg tirzepatide for three months now and I can honestly say it's the most powerful appetite suppression I've experienced. I'm not hungry in the mornings at all and sometimes have to remind myself to eat lunch. The GIP component really does seem to add something beyond what semaglutide did for me. Zero complaints at this dose.

Starting the weight-loss log here because I need accountability. Starting weight: 278 lbs. Goal: 195 lbs. Week 1 on 0.25mg semaglutide. No real side effects yet, just a slightly off stomach on injection day. Will update every Monday.

Following along — Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. Thanks for sharing this. Everyone's different of course.

For the nausea: small meals, no greasy food, ginger tea, and Zofran if your doctor will prescribe it. The first 4-6 weeks are the hardest. Everything gets better after that point in almost every case I've seen in this forum.

Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Incredible progress. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
