Reached my goal weight yesterday and I'm still processing it. 14 months ago I weighed 298 lbs. Today I weigh 183 lbs. 115 lbs. I don't have the words for what that means to me. I'm going to write a full post soon but for now I just needed to say it somewhere that people would understand.

Adding my two cents: Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. So proud of you. This community is the best.

Same here, Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Keep us posted!

Late to this but Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. This community is the best. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Coming back to this thread, Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. Onward! Everyone's different of course.

Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. So glad I'm not alone in this.
