For what it's worth, Just hit my first 20 lbs and I can't believe it. Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Reading this today and How are you handling injection-day fatigue. Down 55 lbs over the last year on this journey. So proud of you. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Just wanted to say, Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. Played with my kids in the yard without getting winded.

Same here, Finally cracked a plateau I'd been stuck on for a month. Down another 1.8 lbs this week and holding steady. Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. You've got this.

Reading this today and Old jeans from years ago fit again. Hit goal weight this morning, still in shock. Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone.
