Following along, Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Look how far you've come. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. This community is the best. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Reading this and Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Just hit my first 20 lbs and I can't believe it. Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. Onward!

Reading this today and Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. You've got this. That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. This community is the best. Everyone's different of course.

Totally agree. Did you split your dose or take it all at once. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Hang in there. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
