Just wanted to say, Finally cracked a plateau I'd been stuck on for a month. Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Following along, This made my day to read. Maintenance for three months now and holding. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Late to this but Strength training helped me keep muscle while losing. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. Keep us posted!

Following along, Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Look how far you've come. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. This community is the best. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

For what it's worth, Walking most days alongside the meds really compounds. Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. Onward!

Reading this and Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Just hit my first 20 lbs and I can't believe it. Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. Onward!
