What's your current titration schedule looking like. Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. We're all in this together. Onward! Everyone's different of course.

Late to this but That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Down another 1.8 lbs this week and holding steady. This community is the best.

Same here, Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Honestly, Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Down 55 lbs over the last year on this journey. Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. This community is the best.

Reading this today and Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Walking most days alongside the meds really compounds. Keep us posted! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Same here, The mental side is harder than people admit. Strength training helped me keep muscle while losing. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Thanks for sharing this.

Same here, What's your current titration schedule looking like. Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. Finally cracked a plateau I'd been stuck on for a month. Everyone's different of course.

Just wanted to say, I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. The mental side is harder than people admit. You've got this. Everyone's different of course.

Coming back to this thread, Down 55 lbs over the last year on this journey. Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. Six months in and down 41 lbs total. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
