Totally agree. Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Everyone's different of course.

For what it's worth, Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. Onward! (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Following along, Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. Did you split your dose or take it all at once. Such an inspiration honestly. Everyone's different of course.

Reading this today and That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. Just hit my first 20 lbs and I can't believe it. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Honestly, Did you split your dose or take it all at once. My last check-up came back looking great. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear.

Just wanted to say, That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. What helped you push through the plateau. Keep us posted! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Adding my two cents: Down 55 lbs over the last year on this journey. Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. Walking most days alongside the meds really compounds. Rooting for you.

Adding my two cents: Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. This community is the best. Everyone's different of course.
