Before and after labs from today: Total cholesterol down 38 points. LDL down 22. Triglycerides down 94. A1C: 6.1 → 5.5. Blood pressure: was 138/88, now 118/76. This is after 7 months and 55 lbs lost. I started on Ozempic for T2D and it's turned into so much more.

Reading this and Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Thanks for sharing this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Late to this but What helped you push through the plateau. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. Onward!

Late to this but Electrolytes every morning has been a game changer. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Honestly, Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work.

Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. What helped you push through the plateau. This community is the best. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Honestly, Strength training helped me keep muscle while losing. Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. So glad I'm not alone in this.
