Adding my two cents: How long did the food noise take to quiet down. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Thanks for sharing this.

Honestly, Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Popping in today to say, Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Electrolytes every morning has been a game changer. This community is the best. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Popping in today to say, I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up.

Same here, I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Hang in there.

Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. Rooting for you. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. Hang in there. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
