For anyone considering the switch from semaglutide to tirzepatide: I made that switch at month 6 and the difference in appetite suppression is noticeable. I went from thinking about food constantly (even on sema) to genuinely not being interested. The dual GIP/GLP-1 mechanism really does seem to add something.

Reading this and A1C came back normal at my last check-up. We're all in this together. Walking 8k steps a day alongside the meds really compounds. Keep us posted! Everyone's different of course.

Reading this and I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. Blood pressure is finally in normal range. Keep us posted!

For what it's worth, How long did the food noise take to quiet down. What helped you push through the plateau. Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. Onward! (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
