This community saved my first month on medication. I came here when I was ready to quit at week 3 and people here convinced me to push through. It's now month 5 and I'm down 38 lbs. Thank you all.

I keep a food + weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Did you split your dose or take it all at once. So glad I'm not alone in this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

I split my routine around the shot day now and it helps. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Rooting for you. Everyone's different of course.

I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. We're all in this together. Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Rooting for you.

Late to this but Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. The mental side is harder than people admit. Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. This community is the best.

Reading this and What's your current titration schedule looking like. Maintenance for three months now and holding. This community is the best. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
