What nobody told me before I started: the first 3 days after each injection are rough, and then it gets dramatically better by day 5-6. I used to dread injection day. Now I know to schedule light meals on injection day, drink a ton of water, and the worst is over in 72 hours.

Totally agree. Six months in and down 41 lbs total. That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. How long did the food noise take to quiet down. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

I've been at 10mg tirzepatide for three months now and I can honestly say it's the most powerful appetite suppression I've experienced. I'm not hungry in the mornings at all and sometimes have to remind myself to eat lunch. The GIP component really does seem to add something beyond what semaglutide did for me. Zero complaints at this dose.

The mental side is harder than people admit. Blood pressure is finally in normal range. What helped you push through the plateau. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Following along — Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. Keep us posted! Everyone's different of course.

Reading this and My doctor had me hold steady until side effects settled. You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. You've got this. This community is the best.
