Following along, I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. You've got this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Honestly, Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb.

Popping in today to say, The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Everyone's different of course.
