EU member comparing pricing and access across borders today. What's it like in your country?

Prices here in the US are a whole different beast, but I get the cross-border hunt - I order retatrutide from overseas sources myself and the variance between countries is wild. Down 20 lbs on it so far, so the hassle of hunting around has been worth it for me. Curious how the EU access rules shake out for folks compared to the free-for-all over here.

In Germany it's a nightmare, pharmacies quote me wildly different numbers depending on the day, so I ended up filling while visiting family in Spain and paid noticeably less. Down 42 lbs since starting last year and honestly the price gaps across borders are the most frustrating part of the whole journey. Would love to hear if anyone's found a consistent route within the EU.

Following this thread out of curiosity even from the US side - I'm on Trulicity here in Kentucky and thought our pharmacy-to-pharmacy swings were bad, but the Germany vs Spain gap you describe sounds way worse. Down 53 lbs myself and I've learned the hard way that price-shopping is basically part of the routine now. Hope someone chimes in with a consistent EU route for you.

The Spain pricing gap is real -- a friend of mine in Portugal does the same run. I'm in Germany paying closer to 300 out of pocket, so saving enough on two fills to cover travel checks out. Down 5 lbs myself so the slow numbers in this thread make me feel less alone.

The Spain trick worked for me too, filled twice while there last spring and saved enough to cover the flights. In Ireland it's been more stable lately but stock comes and goes weekly, so I just grab it whenever my pharmacy actually has it.

Paying out of pocket in the Netherlands and it runs me about 250 a month, so the Germany-Spain spread mentioned earlier tracks with what I've heard from friends. Down 9 lbs since November which is slow but steady, and honestly the cost stress is half the battle. Would love it if the EU ever sorted out cross-border prescriptions.
