What's helped you most with cravings at night? Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively?
What's everyone watching tonight?
Reply 3 seems aimed at the wrong thread, OP is just talking TV. I'm down 40 and my shot night comfort pick lately is Father Brown, same low-stakes cozy mystery energy. Night cravings got way quieter for me once I upped protein at dinner, for whatever that's worth.
Down 30 myself and shot night has basically become mystery night here too. Just started Vera after burning through Father Brown, the grumpy detective thing works weirdly well with a blanket and zero energy.
Vera is a good call, I binged that last winter. Only down 13 so far but shot night has already turned into blanket and British telly night for me too, might queue up Father Brown next since everyone here keeps mentioning it.
The British mystery train keeps rolling, huh. I went from Vera to Shetland on shot nights and it scratched the same itch, worth a look once you finish Father Brown.
Shetland after Vera is the natural pipeline, I did the same thing last fall. Shot nights here in Boston have meant slow-cooker chili and whatever cozy detective show is next, and honestly that routine has survived all 53 lbs of this journey so far.
The Vera to Shetland pipeline is real, I fell down the exact same hole last year. Shot nights here in Memphis are gumbo-simmering and whatever cozy detective is next, and that ritual has gotten me through all 56 lbs so far. Add Unforgotten to the queue eventually, it fits the vibe perfectly.
Unforgotten is a great shout, that one hit harder than I expected. Shot nights in Tucson mean green chile stew and whatever's next on my list, so I'll add it to the queue. Down 41 lbs and the cozy crime ritual is still going strong here too.
Only two shots in here so I'm still building my injection night routine, but that slow-cooker + British detective combo sounds like the tradition to steal. Broadchurch is worth queueing after Unforgotten if you haven't burned through it yet.
Broadchurch after Unforgotten was exactly my path too in Boston, just swap the stew for a pot of clam chowder on shot nights. Also throwing in Scot-Piccadilly style pick: Happy Valley if you want the same vibe with more punch. Down 53 lbs and the show-plus-slow-cooker ritual is half the reason I never dread shot day.
