Adding my two cents: Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. What's your current titration schedule looking like. Everyone's different of course.

Late to this but Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. The mental side is harder than people admit. Hang in there.

Adding my two cents: Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. Sending solidarity, this part is genuinely hard. This community is the best.

Honestly, Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. Did you split your dose or take it all at once. Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. You've got this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
