Three denied claims later, I finally got my Wegovy approved. Here's what changed in the third appeal: my doctor submitted a peer-to-peer review request AND cited the plan's own coverage policy language directly in the appeal. Insurance companies are betting you'll give up. Don't.

Just wanted to say, Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. Hang in there. Everyone's different of course.

Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. You should be really proud. Been there — it does get easier I promise.

Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Has your sleep changed at all since starting. Six months in and the scale keeps moving the right way. Such an inspiration honestly.

Same here, I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Keep us posted!

Anyone who says GLP-1 is 'the easy way' has never dealt with week 3 nausea.

Reading this and How are you finding the higher dose so far. Walking 8k steps a day alongside the meds really compounds.

My pharmacist suggested splitting the dose in half for the first 4 weeks. Life-changing.

Honestly, What helped you push through the plateau. Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. I split my routine around the shot day now and it helps. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Adding my two cents: Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
