Same here, Maintenance for three months now and holding. My doctor had me hold until side effects settled.

Late to this but Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. So glad I'm not alone in this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Late to this but Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. Such an inspiration honestly. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Totally agree. Keep going, seriously. Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. You've got this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Honestly, The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. Bumped up to the next dose this week and feeling good. Hang in there. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear.

Totally agree. This made my day to read. Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. Hit goal weight this morning, still in shock.
