Hit my first 25 lbs down today!

Late to this but Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. Finally cracked a plateau I'd been stuck on for a month. Hang in there. Everyone's different of course.

Totally agree. A1C came back normal at my last check-up.

Six months in and down 41 lbs total. Hang in there.

Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Fit into a restaurant booth comfortably, small thing but huge. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Honestly, How long did the food noise take to quiet down. Just hit my first 20 lbs and I can't believe it. Played with my kids in the yard without getting winded. Thanks for sharing this.
