Totally agree. Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. Onward! Everyone's different of course.

Same here, My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. This community is the best. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Just wanted to say, Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. How's your energy been lately. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Same here, Walking most days alongside the meds really compounds. Down 55 lbs over the last year on this journey. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
