Adding my two cents: Electrolytes every morning has been a game changer. How are you handling injection-day fatigue. Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. This community is the best. Everyone's different of course.

Late to this but Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. Strength training helped me keep muscle while losing. So glad I'm not alone in this.
