Adding my two cents: I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Totally agree. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you.
