This community saved my first month on medication. I came here when I was ready to quit at week 3 and people here convinced me to push through. It's now month 5 and I'm down 38 lbs. Thank you all.

Same here, I split my routine around the shot day now and it helps. Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. Everyone's different of course.

Just wanted to say, Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. I keep a food + weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Look how far you've come. Hang in there.

Totally agree. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. What's your current titration schedule looking like. Keep us posted! Everyone's different of course.

Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. Stay the course. You've got this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
