This community saved my first month on medication. I came here when I was ready to quit at week 3 and people here convinced me to push through. It's now month 5 and I'm down 38 lbs. Thank you all.

Same here, I split my routine around the shot day now and it helps. Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. Everyone's different of course.

Prior auth is such a game. Three denials before approval — persistence is key.

Honestly, Walking 8k steps a day alongside the meds really compounds. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Keep us posted!

Just wanted to say, Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. I keep a food + weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Look how far you've come. Hang in there.

Same here — You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. Did you split your dose or take it all at once.

Totally agree. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. What's your current titration schedule looking like. Keep us posted! Everyone's different of course.

I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Keep going, seriously. Rooting for you. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Coming back to this thread — I keep a food + weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. Thanks for sharing this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. Stay the course. You've got this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Adding my two cents: Electrolytes every morning has been a game changer. Down another 1.8 lbs this week and holding steady. So proud of you.

Totally agree. Strength training helped me keep muscle while losing. That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. Thanks for sharing this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

So proud of you. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Keep going, seriously. You've got this.
