Coming back to this thread, Tied my shoes without it being a whole production. Fit into a restaurant booth comfortably, small thing but huge. This community is the best.

Strength training helped me keep muscle while losing. Walking most days alongside the meds really compounds. You've got this.

Honestly, Did you split your dose or take it all at once. You're doing amazing. Thanks for sharing this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
