Compounding pharmacy deep dive: I've now used 4 different pharmacies over 18 months. Two were excellent (fast turnaround, great COAs, consistent results). One was mediocre. One was concerning enough that I stopped after one order. The variance is real — do your research.

Honestly, Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb.

Reading this and Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. So glad I'm not alone in this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
