Before and after labs from today: Total cholesterol down 38 points. LDL down 22. Triglycerides down 94. A1C: 6.1 → 5.5. Blood pressure: was 138/88, now 118/76. This is after 7 months and 55 lbs lost. I started on Ozempic for T2D and it's turned into so much more.

For what it's worth, The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton. So glad I'm not alone in this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Just wanted to say, What's your current titration schedule looking like. The mental side is harder than people admit. This community is the best. Everyone's different of course.

Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. Look how far you've come. Hydration made a bigger difference than I expected. Keep us posted! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared.
