Question for the community: has anyone successfully maintained for more than a year after reaching goal? I'm 3 months into maintenance and terrified of regain. Would love to hear from people who've been through this.

Following along, Down another 1.8 lbs this week and holding steady. I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. Sending solidarity, this part is genuinely hard. Onward! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

For what it's worth, Been there — it does get easier I promise. Electrolytes every morning has been a game changer. Hang in there. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Same here, Hit a number on the scale this morning I haven't seen in years. Down another 1.8 lbs this week and holding steady. Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. Rooting for you. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
