Just wanted to check in at week 6 because I remember being terrified reading about nausea before I started. It was rough — weeks 2-4 were genuinely difficult. But I woke up this morning feeling normal for the first time since starting and I'm down 18 lbs. If you're in the thick of the nausea phase right now, it does pass. Hydrate, eat small, and give it time.

Totally agree. How's your energy been lately. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Same experience here. The food noise reduction was the most unexpected thing for me.

Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Bumped up to the next dose this week and feeling good. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear.

Adding my two cents: How's your energy been lately. Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. Thanks for sharing this.

Reading this and Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. My doctor had me hold steady until side effects settled.

For what it's worth, My doctor had me hold at 7.5 until side effects settled. Down another 1.8 lbs this week and holding steady. Thanks for sharing this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Totally agree. Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. How are you handling the injection-day fatigue. Everyone's different of course.

Adding my two cents: Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Thanks for sharing this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Totally agree. Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Hit a number on the scale this morning I haven't seen in years. Thanks for sharing this.
