This community saved my first month on medication. I came here when I was ready to quit at week 3 and people here convinced me to push through. It's now month 5 and I'm down 38 lbs. Thank you all.

Coming back to this thread, Been there, it does get easier I promise. Buckled an airplane seatbelt with no extender, almost cried. This community is the best. Everyone's different of course.

Late to this but Got off one of my blood pressure meds. Tied my shoes without it being a whole production. That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. You've got this. Everyone's different of course.

For what it's worth, Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. Buckled an airplane seatbelt with no extender, almost cried. Finally cracked a plateau I'd been stuck on for a month. You've got this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Adding my two cents: Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. Sending solidarity, this part is genuinely hard. Walked up three flights of stairs and wasn't out of breath.

Same here, Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Played with my kids in the yard without getting winded. Thanks for sharing this. Everyone's different of course.
