This community saved my first month on medication. I came here when I was ready to quit at week 3 and people here convinced me to push through. It's now month 5 and I'm down 38 lbs. Thank you all.

Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. You've got this. Everyone's different of course.

Following along — Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. Incredible progress. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. What's your current titration schedule looking like. Onward! Everyone's different of course.
