Just wanted to check in at week 6 because I remember being terrified reading about nausea before I started. It was rough — weeks 2-4 were genuinely difficult. But I woke up this morning feeling normal for the first time since starting and I'm down 18 lbs. If you're in the thick of the nausea phase right now, it does pass. Hydrate, eat small, and give it time.

I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. This made my day to read. So glad I'm not alone in this. Everyone's different of course.

Walking 8k steps a day alongside the meds really compounds. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Thanks for sharing this.

Honestly, Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. My doctor had me hold steady until side effects settled. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Adding my two cents: Did you split your dose or take it all at once. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. Onward!

Same here, What helped you push through the plateau. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me.

Reading this and I split my routine around the shot day now and it helps. Has your sleep changed at all since starting.

Late to this but Finally cracked a plateau I'd been stuck on for a month. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. So glad I'm not alone in this.
