Same here, Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Bumped up to the next dose this week and feeling good. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Adding my two cents: The mental side is harder than people admit. That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. This community is the best. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Honestly, I keep a food + weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Coming back to this thread, The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. Finally cracked a plateau I'd been stuck on for a month. You've got this. Everyone's different of course.
