Anyone on 15mg maintenance? Long-term experience thread

Before and after labs from today: Total cholesterol down 38 points. LDL down 22. Triglycerides down 94. A1C: 6.1 → 5.5. Blood pressure: was 138/88, now 118/76. This is after 7 months and 55 lbs lost. I started on Ozempic for T2D and it's turned into so much more.

Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. This community is the best.

Just wanted to say, Played with my kids in the yard without getting winded. Maintenance for three months now and holding. Finally cracked a plateau I'd been stuck on for a month. You've got this.

Adding my two cents: Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Rooting for you. Plateaus are the worst, hang in there.
