Keto + tirzepatide is the combination that finally worked for me. I'd done keto before with limited results and tirzepatide with limited results, but together the appetite suppression of the medication plus the ketosis just clicked. Down 28 lbs in 5 months. Not claiming this works for everyone but wanted to share what's working for me.

For what it's worth, This past year has been the biggest change of my life. Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. You've got this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Same here — What helped you push through the plateau. I keep a food + weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Onward! Everyone's different of course.

Just wanted to say, Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Totally agree. Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. Down another 1.8 lbs this week and holding steady. So glad I'm not alone in this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
