I've been doing a weekly log in this thread and several people have asked me to keep going so here's month 3 update: down 31 lbs from 278 to 247. Lost about 3-4 lbs per month after the fast initial drop. Stalled for 2 weeks at month 2.5 and it broke on its own. Energy is better. Sleep is better. Still on 0.5mg and my doctor wants to see me stay here another month.

Adding my two cents: Down another 1.8 lbs this week and holding steady. Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. Keep us posted! Everyone's different of course.

The mental side is harder than people admit. I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. So glad I'm not alone in this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Just wanted to say, The mental side is harder than people admit. Has your sleep changed at all since starting. Keep us posted! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Honestly, What's your current titration schedule looking like. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. Thanks for sharing this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Following along, Just hit my first 20 lbs and I can't believe it. Electrolytes every morning has been a game changer. Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Honestly, Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Sending solidarity, this part is genuinely hard. So glad I'm not alone in this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
