Compounded batch question - todays discussion

Switching to compounded today and want the dose conversion right. How did you approach it?

Just wanted to say, Sending good vibes your way. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. Everyone's different of course.

Totally agree. Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. Rooting for you. Everyone's different of course.

Adding my two cents: Keep going, seriously. I learned not to lie down right after eating. Keep going, seriously. This community is the best. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
