I've been doing a weekly log in this thread and several people have asked me to keep going so here's month 3 update: down 31 lbs from 278 to 247. Lost about 3-4 lbs per month after the fast initial drop. Stalled for 2 weeks at month 2.5 and it broke on its own. Energy is better. Sleep is better. Still on 0.5mg and my doctor wants to see me stay here another month.

Late to this but I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. My doctor had me hold steady until side effects settled. Keep us posted!

For what it's worth, How's your energy been lately. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Walking 8k steps a day alongside the meds really compounds. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Reading this and Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. So glad I'm not alone in this.

My titration schedule ended up being much slower than the official guide. 0.25mg for 8 weeks, then 0.5mg for 8 more weeks. My doctor is conservative but the results have been steady and the side effects manageable. There's no prize for going faster.

Honestly, Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. You've got this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Adding my two cents: I keep a food + weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. Rooting for you. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. My doctor had me hold steady until side effects settled. Thanks for sharing this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
