I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Reading this today and Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose.

Checking in this morning, Electrolytes every morning has been a game changer. The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Adding my two cents: I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. Hang in there.

Checking in this morning, Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. Keep us posted!

Popping in today to say, I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. Strength training helped me keep muscle while losing. Hydration made a bigger difference than I expected. Rooting for you.

Same here, Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. Rooting for you. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
