Coming back to this thread, Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Cheering you on from here. How are you handling injection-day fatigue. Hang in there.

Following along, Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Did you split your dose or take it all at once. Thanks for sharing this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Just wanted to say, Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. You've got this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Just wanted to say, Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. Down another 1.8 lbs this week and holding steady. This community is the best. Everyone's different of course.

Totally agree. Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. What's your current titration schedule looking like. Thanks for sharing this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. How are you handling injection-day fatigue. Onward!

Reading this today and Sending good vibes your way. Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. Everyone's different of course.
