Late to this but Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. Finally cracked a plateau I'd been stuck on for a month. Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. This community is the best. Everyone's different of course.

Maintenance for three months now and holding. Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Bumped up to the next dose this week and feeling good. Thanks for sharing this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
