Dealing with reflux since I started and it's affecting my sleep. Looking for peer experiences on managing it day to day.

Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton. That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Adding my two cents: Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. This community is the best.

Just wanted to say, How's your energy been lately. The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. Onward! Everyone's different of course.

Adding my two cents: Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. Cheering you on from here. Keep us posted! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you.

That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. You've got this. Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects.

Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. How's your energy been lately. Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Totally agree. Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. We're all in this together. Hang in there.

Honestly, Sending solidarity, this part is genuinely hard. Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton.
