Sulfur burps on compounded tirz, anyone crack the code?

Down 58 lbs here and the pattern for me was almost identical - rich food the evening before shot day is what does it, so I keep dinners bland and early those nights. Eggs were the one thing I had to just drop entirely on that stretch, not worth the aftermath. Simethicone is my cleanup crew when I get careless, though it works better for me as prevention after a risky meal than mid-attack.

49 lbs in and mine flare worst after red meat, oddly enough - eggs don't bother me at all, so it really seems to vary person to person. I've had decent luck chewing a simethicone right after a heavy dinner as a pre-emptive move, and keeping shot-day dinners small and early like everyone else here.

On Victoza I get the same sulfur thing after eggs, weird how universal that trigger seems to be. Small early dinners around shot night plus a simethicone before bed if I ate anything risky has been my combo - not foolproof but cuts them way down.

Down about 56 lbs and mine show up the morning after anything greasy, no eggs needed. What finally helped me was cutting my last meal of the day way back in size no matter what it is, and a simethochrome... sorry, simethicone chewable before bed if I slipped up. Seems like an emptier stomach overnight is half the battle.

Interesting that greasy food is your trigger since mine flare after eggs specifically - seems like high fat and sulfur foods both slow things down enough to ferment. I'm 67 lbs in and the only pattern I've found is keeping my evening meal tiny and finishing it early, which lines up with what others here said about the overnight stomach. Simethicone after a risky dinner has been my backup when I know I pushed it.

Same pattern here, down 38 lbs and anything heavy at dinner the night before shot day ruins my morning. I stopped eating after about 6pm on those days and the burps mostly went away, which tracks with what everyone else found about the overnight stomach. Not worth quitting over, honestly, it's the one side effect I've managed to outsmart.

Only 13 lbs in but I already learned eggs are my kryptonite too - had a omelet at 7pm and regretted it all night. Small early dinner is now my rule, and it seems like the sulfur smell fades once whatever's sitting in there finally moves through. Glad you're sticking with it, the burps beat where I started by a mile.

The early small dinner trick is the only thing that saved me too - I'm on compounded sema down 31 lbs and if I eat anything eggy or greasy past 6ish, I pay for it at 2am. Simethicone helps take the edge off but honestly it's prevention or nothing in my experience.

Eggs were my trigger too, down 27 on 2.5 and a late scramble wrecked me twice before I connected the dots. Simethicone barely touched it for me, but a walk after dinner seems to keep things moving so nothing sits around fermenting.
